From San Juan, take PR-26 (Expreso Román Baldorioty de Castro) east toward Carolina. Continue straight as it merges into PR-66 (Autopista Roberto Sánchez Vilella), a toll road heading toward Río Grande. Stay on PR-66 until it ends, then merge onto PR-3 East toward Luquillo and Fajardo. Follow PR-3 along the coast for several minutes. As you enter Luquillo, look for signs for Playa Azul. Turn left from PR-3 toward the beach area (if coming from San Juan), then continue straight to reach Playa Azul Beach. Parking is available near the shoreline.
