We collect personal information you submit through forms on this site — name, email, phone number, the property or neighborhood you're interested in, and any message you send. When you request a property briefing, valuation, or net sheet, we may also collect the property address you provide.
We also collect limited technical information automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time on page. This is standard web-server and analytics data. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand site usage in aggregate. You can decline analytics cookies in the cookie banner shown on your first visit; your preference is stored in your browser.
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule showings, prepare reports you've requested, and follow up about properties or market updates relevant to what you told us you're looking for. If you joined the VIP list or a newsletter, we use your email to send those messages — every message includes a one-click unsubscribe.
If you provide a phone number and check the consent box on the contact form, we may call or text you about your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of any service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the brokerage — for example, the email service that delivers your inquiry to Ryan, the analytics provider that processes site-usage data (Google Analytics, when consented), and, when a transaction is in progress, the title company, lender, and other parties required to close. These providers are bound by their own privacy obligations and may only use the information for the purposes we authorize.
We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the safety of any person.
This site uses a small number of cookies. Strictly necessary cookies remember whether you've dismissed the cookie banner and your analytics preference. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) only load if you accept them in the banner. You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings. Clearing the consent cookie will cause the banner to reappear on your next visit.
We keep inquiry and transaction records for as long as Florida real estate recordkeeping rules require — generally five years from the date of the related transaction or last contact, and longer for closed-transaction files where required. You can ask us to delete inquiry records that are not subject to a legal retention requirement at any time by emailing ryan@maxliferealty.com.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain uses. Florida residents have rights under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights where applicable; California, Virginia, Colorado, and similar state-law residents have analogous rights. To exercise any of these rights, email ryan@maxliferealty.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We will verify your identity before acting on the request.
This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page; please check back periodically.
