Before the Shell Station turn left onto CR-241 (NW 1401th Street) heading south toward Jonesville. Go about 2 miles to the entrance of Alachua Highland and travel 2/3 of a mile to sign on the left. Turn left into the property entrance. From Jonesville (Newberry Road) head north on CR-241 (NW 143rd Street - becomes NW 140th Street after crossing over Interstate 75) and travel 7 miles and cross over Interstate 75 and turn right into the Highlands Subdivision.
