Follow PR-2 through the southern and southwestern towns of the island, including Yauco, Guánica, Lajas, and Mayagüez. As you approach Cabo Rojo, continue on PR-2 until you reach exits for PR-100 or PR-307, depending on the available signage, and follow the directions toward the Joyudas area or the coastal sector.
