Reserve at Phillips Cove was developed in 2002 as a small infill gated community adjacent to the older Phillips Cove subdivision. Roughly 50 lots were released as custom builds on half-acre-plus parcels, with most build-out completing between 2003 and 2010. The community was designed as a higher-end counterpart to the production-style Phillips Cove next door — gated, architecturally controlled, and larger-lot.
