- What does “priced below estimate” actually mean?
- It means the seller's list price is lower than our automated, comp-based valuation for that home. The default view shows homes priced 3%+ below estimate; you can filter up to 50%+ using the toolbar. Very large gaps (say, 40%+) often reflect a model limitation — like a standard home valued against pricier waterfront comps — rather than a genuine discount, so those results are worth extra scrutiny.
- Are these the best real estate deals in Orlando?
- We don't slap “great deal” labels on anything — we show the numbers (list price versus our estimate) and let you decide. A lower price isn't automatically a better buy; condition, updates, and location still matter, which is why we recommend a full comp review before you offer.
