From Trinity Lakes, you are roughly 30 minutes to downtown Orlando and even closer to the Disney and Universal employment corridors, which together represent one of the largest concentrations of jobs in Central Florida. That access makes the community genuinely livable for dual-income households where one or both partners work in hospitality, healthcare, or tourism management — fields where proximity to the I-4 spine matters.

What sets the housing stock apart is the range.
