Strom Park

Strom Park is a single-family community developed by Viera Builders as part of the Addison Village expansion in Viera West. The community is named for one of the Duda family's long-standing land designations in this part of Brevard County. Development progressed through the mid-2010s into the early 2020s, with the community reaching its full build-out of 343 homes as the Addison Village area matured.

Viera Builders designed Strom Park with an emphasis on conservation and waterfront lots — a significant portion of homesites back to internal lakes, wetland preserves, or greenspace corridors, giving the neighborhood a naturalistic quality that distinguishes it from more densely developed Viera sub-villages. This approach reflects the master-planned philosophy of The Viera Company: preserve meaningful open space in conjunction with development, rather than maximizing lot yield.

The community is positioned with convenient walking access to the Addison Village Club, Viera's significant recreational facility offering pools, courts, and event space. Strom Park residents are also a short walk from A-rated elementary schools, which was a deliberate siting decision by The Viera Company to create a truly walkable family environment within the western extension of the master plan. A fiber optic internet backbone was included in the community infrastructure from the outset, reflecting the Viera Company's approach to building for residents' modern needs.
