A brief history

Isles of Lake Nona began development in 2019 when Pulte Homes purchased 142 acres to create a new waterfront community in the heart of Lake Nona. The community opened in 2020 with an ambitious vision to build over 500 homes ranging from single-family residences to townhomes and bungalows. All homes were built by Pulte, known for quality construction and energy-efficient design. The community was designed to be sold out, with no new construction from Pulte after completion, making it fully built by 2024.

Isles of Lake Nona was strategically positioned to capture the growing Lake Nona market, which has become Orlando's innovation and medical hub. The timing of development aligned perfectly with the expansion of Medical City and the completion of Lake Nona High School and other educational facilities. Homeowners Association was established May 9, 2019, and has since managed the community's shared amenities.
