From Lakeshore, residents reach the Walt Disney World employment complex in roughly 15 minutes, Downtown Orlando in about 30, and the airport in 35 — making this one of the more commuter-efficient gated addresses west of the metro core. For dual-income households — one partner in theme park management, another downtown — few addresses balance the commute as cleanly.

What separates the housing stock is scale and finish.
