In my experience, Disney corporate and creative leadership clusters in this corridor more than anywhere else in the metro, and Keene's Pointe is often their first call. The SR 429 access makes Walt Disney World's campus roughly ten minutes away on a clear morning, and downtown Orlando is a comfortable twenty-five-minute drive.
What sets the housing stock apart is the village structure Castle & Cooke used when they developed the community starting in 1999. Twelve custom builders produced fourteen distinct villages, so a Mediterranean estate sits a few blocks from a Tudor manor or a transitional contemporary — the neighborhood avoids the visual monotony common in master-planned communities at this scale.
