Ryan's Take on Harmony
Harmony is a different animal from most of what I show in Osceola County, because it's built entirely around golf and resident ownership rather than rentals. The anchor is an eighteen-hole championship course designed by Hall of Fame golfer Johnny Miller, and a named-designer course is genuinely rare in Florida residential communities, which is why many residents tell me the course itself is why they chose to be here. Play is unlimited and included in HOA fees, and the daily golf culture, member tournaments, and clubhouse programming drive a real sense of community.
The second defining feature is the 511-acre Buck Lake at the community's center, where waterfront villas come with private docks for fishing, paddling, and genuine water recreation. Lots are larger and density is low, and this is not a short-term-rental market, since HOA covenants enforce a thirty-day minimum. I send buyers here who want resort amenities and privacy and don't mind that the golf maintenance shows up in higher HOA fees. If walkability tops your list, Celebration is the better fit; if owner-occupied golf living is the goal, Harmony stands alone nearby.
