Enclave at Orlando draws a buyer who wants the benefits of resort living without the overhead of a vacation home they rarely use. The community sits right off Carrier Drive in Orlando's International Drive corridor, and that location is the entire thesis: whether a buyer is a hospitality worker who wants to live minutes from their employer at Universal or the Convention Center, or an investor hunting a turnkey short-term rental with an on-site management option, the address does the heavy lifting. Universal Orlando and Epic Universe are a few minutes away by car, and the Convention Center is close enough that a bike commute is realistic.
What makes the housing stock distinctive is that every unit in the complex is a condo-hotel — fully furnished, elevator-accessed, and enrolled in a rental program if the owner chooses. The resort amenities are genuinely competitive: indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, fitness center, tennis, and an on-site pub and café. For buyers comparison-shopping, the conversation usually circles back to similar condo-hotel products along International Drive, or to the more residential condos in the Dr. Phillips and Sand Lake corridors a few miles south — communities with larger units and quieter surroundings, but without the built-in rental income potential that makes Enclave at Orlando a compelling investment vehicle.
