Nemours Children's Hospital, UCF Lake Nona Hospital, the Orlando VA Medical Center, and a growing constellation of research facilities have created a genuine employment ecosystem in southeast Orlando — and the residential market around it reflects that.

What sets this corridor apart beyond the employment anchor is MCO proximity. Nowhere else in Greater Orlando can a frequent business traveler reach the international airport in ten to fifteen minutes. That alone makes the area compelling for executives and professionals who travel often.
