Stoneybrook East

Stoneybrook East was developed in the late 1990s and early 2000s by Arvida/JMB and later U.S. Home (now Lennar) on land in east Orange County between UCF and the 408, just south of the East-West Expressway interchange at Goldenrod Road. The community was purpose-built as a golf course community, centered on an 18-hole championship course that was constructed as the residential neighborhoods were being developed around it. Construction proceeded in multiple phases through roughly 2003-2005, with the community reaching full build-out in the mid-2000s.
