Magnolia Springs

Magnolia Springs is a multi-phase gated community within the Suntree Planned Unit Development in Melbourne, developed in the late 1990s as part of Suntree's sustained build-out along the Wickham Road corridor. Suntree was established as a PUD beginning in 1975, and by the mid-to-late 1990s the master plan was filling its remaining residential parcels with communities that offered waterfronts, mature landscaping buffers, and community pool amenities at accessible price points. Magnolia Springs was built across three phases, each sharing access to The Springs of Suntree Community Center — a shared amenity facility it holds in common with four neighboring Suntree developments.

Homes throughout the community are single-family waterfront residences ranging from approximately 1,500 to 2,000 square feet, set on lots between 55 and 120 feet in width and positioned to capture lake or pond views. The development follows the standard Suntree architectural pattern of the era: barrel tile roofs, screened rear lanais, and Florida-friendly landscaping. Magnolia Springs sits off North Wickham Road, which places it within easy reach of the full retail, dining, and medical corridor that defines daily life for Suntree-area residents.
