Magnolia Pointe

Magnolia Pointe is a gated community in the Suntree Planned Unit Development, developed in the late 1990s by Tiffany Homes and positioned within a section of the PUD that prioritized lake views and preserve buffers. Suntree itself was one of Brevard County's earliest master-planned communities, with development beginning in 1975 under a structured PUD framework that now encompasses approximately 4,506 units across 44 sub-associations governed by the Suntree Master Homeowners Association. Magnolia Pointe emerged during Suntree's later build-out phases as the PUD filled its interior lots with attached and detached product at varying price points.

The community contains 103 lakefront villas ranging from approximately 1,500 to 2,000 square feet, all featuring attached two-car garages and screened patios. Lots are positioned to maximize views of the community's central lake and surrounding natural preserve, which remains a wildlife corridor supporting wading birds, otters, and native Florida fauna. The Suntree address gives Magnolia Pointe access to one of the most developed HOA infrastructure networks in the region, including Suntree Country Club's 36-hole golf operation, trail systems, and parks scattered throughout the master PUD.
