Cypress Chase was developed in the early-to-mid 2000s on a parcel nestled between multiple sparkling lakes just south of the Tibet-Butler Nature Reserve in Dr. Phillips. The community comprises 134 single-family gated homes built with contemporary design and modern finishes.
