A brief history
Bay Hill Cove was platted and built between 1994 and 1999 by various custom home builders on a parcel off South Apopka-Vineland Road near the Bay Hill Club. The community was designed as a mid-density family neighborhood with emphasis on private amenities — most homes include pools, screened lanais, or outdoor kitchens. Nearly all homes were complete by the early 2000s, and the community has maintained strong appeal because of its proximity to Bay Hill and the Dr. Phillips school zone.
