The buyer profile here tends to be a growing family or relocating professional who wants the Horizon West lifestyle — newer construction, planned trail networks, strong schools — at a somewhat more accessible price point than some of the established master-planned communities to the north.

The no-CDD structure is worth emphasizing because it genuinely affects the monthly cost of ownership in a favorable way. In Horizon West, CDD fees can run meaningful amounts monthly, so Silverleaf Oaks buyers who compare total housing costs carefully will often find this community's value proposition is stronger than the base price alone suggests.
