The employment anchor here is the SR 429 Western Beltway, which puts residents in an unusually strong commuting position. Whether you're heading toward downtown Orlando, the Sand Lake Road professional corridor, the theme park employment hub, or north toward Maitland, the 429 lets you sidestep I-4 entirely. That access matters more than ever to the executives and dual-income households who make up most of the buyer pool here.

The housing stock is Mediterranean and traditional Florida — tile roofs, stucco, three-car garages, covered lanais — built by Morrison Homes between 2002 and 2007. The mature landscaping and lake setting give the community a finished, rooted quality you simply don't get in newer developments.
