The district spans thirty-eight blocks and 120 acres immediately north and northeast of Lake Eola Park, with 487 contributing structures representing six architectural styles: Craftsman bungalows from the teens and twenties, Colonial Revival and Mediterranean Revival from the Florida Land Boom era, Mission Revival, Art Deco rarities from the 1930s, and Minimal Traditional infill. The 0.9-mile lake loop, the Sunday Farmers Market with fifty-plus vendors, and the Walt Disney Amphitheater on the west shore are all within a ten-minute walk from most addresses. Church Street SunRail is nine minutes on foot.
