Encore at Reunion draws a very specific buyer: the group-travel investor who needs scale that most resort communities simply cannot deliver. When a multi-family reunion, corporate offsite, or sports team requires ten to thirteen bedrooms under one roof with a private pool and a water park steps away, the options in the Orlando market narrow quickly — and Encore becomes the answer almost by default.

The employment anchor here is Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, and the tourism economy of the Interstate 4 corridor, sitting five to ten minutes from Encore's gate. Owners who place their homes in the short-term rental program are investing in the demand engine that powers the most-visited tourism destination in the world — with a private resort campus that commands premium nightly rates the surrounding landscape cannot match.

What makes the housing stock distinctive is its purpose-built intentionality. Floor plans run from five to thirteen bedrooms, built between 2015 and 2018 — the newest large-format vacation homes in the Reunion corridor.

Buyers who cross-shop tend to look at Reunion Resort for its three signature golf courses and hotel infrastructure, or at ChampionsGate for lower entry points at smaller bedroom counts.
