There is no street sign for SW 131st Ter. You will need to veer left down a grassy road easement between a fence and a greenish blue house. Continue to follow the grassy road around until you get to a clearing with the red house. The red house is on the adjacent property of 8009, not the 7911 parcel. The seller thinks the 7911 property just has an old single wide trailer and an old airstream.
