The Crossings in St. Cloud attracts buyers who want new construction at a realistic price point without giving up proximity to one of Central Florida's most dynamic employment corridors. Most of the buyers I work with here are healthcare professionals, researchers, or administrators tied to Lake Nona's Medical City — Nemours, the VA, UCF's College of Medicine — who need a quick Narcoossee Road commute but can't justify Lake Nona pricing. Orlando International Airport workers are another consistent buyer profile.

What sets the community apart is its breadth of product under one master umbrella. Highland Homes and Ryan Homes are building simultaneously, offering bungalows, townhomes, and full single-family homes ranging from compact three-bedroom plans to six-bedroom layouts — all new construction with resort amenities including a pool with waterslide, pickleball courts, trails, and a clubhouse. The community carries a CDD, which is standard for this type of master development, and buyers should factor that into their total payment comparison.
