Reunion is the only golf community in the world with three signature courses from three different legends — Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, and Tom Watson — on a single 2,300-acre property. That's a structural distinction, not a marketing claim, and it's what separates this community from every other resort development in the Disney corridor.

The second defining fact: short-term rentals are explicitly permitted within the governing documents. That's structural too, and it creates a community where resort investors, seasonal owners, and full-time residents coexist because the framework was designed to support all three from the beginning.

The community history includes the Ginn Company bankruptcy in 2008 and the subsequent recovery under new ownership — a trajectory worth understanding before buying, because it shaped the current pricing environment and layered sub-community structure. Membership status is the most important due-diligence item I walk buyers through: memberships are tied to specific properties, and if a membership has lapsed, a new buyer cannot obtain one independently.

Disney is 10–15 minutes west via US-192. The AAA 4-Diamond Reunion Grande hotel, Leadbetter Golf Academy simulator, and five-acre Reunion Waterpark are all on-property.
