The employment anchor is the SR-408 corridor itself. Downtown Orlando is roughly 15 minutes west, the airport is 15-20 minutes south, and UCF's Research Park hub is about 20 minutes east. That triangle covers a meaningful slice of Greater Orlando's professional workforce, which means demand here is spread across multiple employer bases rather than tied to any single industry.
