The employment anchor is the SR-417 corridor. UCF, the Central Florida Research Park, and the tech and healthcare employers along the east Orange/Seminole boundary are all within a short, predictable drive — a real advantage for households where both partners commute in different directions.

The housing stock is what sets it apart. Homes run from roughly 2,700 to over 4,200 square feet, many backing to conservation land or water. The community's 300 acres of preserved land keep density from ever feeling oppressive — genuine breathing room that is rare at this scale. The amenity package is unusually complete: resort pool, fitness center, sports courts, dog park, and trails across all 16 villages.
