The 27-hole Joe Lee-designed course at Errol Estates Country Club is the organizing principle of life here — residents walk or golf-cart to the clubhouse, and the canopy of mature trees along fairway-adjacent streets gives the neighborhood a settled, resort-like feel that newer northwest Orange County communities simply cannot replicate.
The commute story is what makes it practical. SR 429 puts the Maitland business corridor and downtown Orlando within a reasonable drive, and the broader I-4 employment spine — healthcare, tech, finance — is accessible without grinding through surface streets. AdventHealth Apopka also means a major employer sits essentially next door for healthcare professionals.
