This is a neighborhood for people who actually work downtown: healthcare professionals at Orlando Health, professionals in the Central Business District, and event and hospitality workers who keep the stadium corridor humming. When your commute is five minutes on the 408, the calculus on where you live changes entirely.
What makes the housing stock interesting is its age and variety. Many of these homes go back to the mid-twentieth century, and that history shows in the lot configurations, the block construction, and the authentic neighborhood grain that master-planned communities simply cannot replicate. Buyers are not paying for a clubhouse or a gated entrance — they are paying for location, and that location is difficult to argue with given the access to I-4, SR 408, and Orange Blossom Trail in every direction.
