This area is ~5-6 acres and will allow for no vertical improvements to be placed upon it. It will, however, allow for easier access in, out, and around the site, as well as some "supporting infrastructure" towards the projects(electrical substations, centralized water and wastewater treatment facilities, communication towers, and logistical storage or parking). As you can see from this brief description, a lot is going on with this site, and to the right buyers, an unimaginable amount of development opportunity. City utilities are available, and "town policy mandates connection to these systems". This will allow for higher densities of both residential and commercial improvements.
