The role.
You'll list and sell luxury residential real estate under the MaxLife brand — owning the client relationship while Ryan stays in every transaction with you. Pre-license through veteran, fit matters more than years on the wall.
What you'll do
- List and sell luxury homes across Dr. Phillips, Windermere, Butler Chain, Isleworth, Lake Nona, Winter Park, and Winter Garden.
- Own the client relationship end-to-end — first call through closing.
- Prospect intentionally — sphere, past clients, neighborhood farming, referrals.
- Deliver every touchpoint to MaxLife brand standards.
- Show up to the weekly broker sync — pipeline, deals, blockers.
- Keep clean, compliant files. Reply to clients within one business day.
Who we hire
- Active Florida real estate license — or in progress. Pre-licensees considered.
- Coachable, meticulous, and honest about what you don't know yet.
- Reliable communicator. Writes well. Returns calls.
- Comfortable with luxury clientele — or hungry to grow into it.
- Clean compliance history. No drama, no shortcuts.

Transaction Coordinator + ISA · Orlando
The operations seat.
One seat, two jobs — both critical to how MaxLife runs. You'll quarterback every contract from binding to close while qualifying and nurturing inbound leads on the front end. The pipeline moves because you make it move.
What you'll do
- Run contract-to-close on every transaction — deadlines, contingencies, file compliance.
- Coordinate title, lender, inspector, photographer, and cooperating agents.
- Qualify inbound leads — phone, web, referral — within five minutes.
- Nurture sphere and past clients on a structured follow-up cadence.
- Set qualified appointments for Ryan and the sales team. Keep the CRM honest.
- Send weekly transaction status updates so clients are never in the dark.
Who we hire
- Florida real estate license required — active or in progress.
- Obsessively organized. Loves a checklist, hates a loose end.
- Phone-confident — comfortable with high outbound call volume.
- Strong written communication. Tone matches MaxLife brand standards.
- Familiar with Florida contracts, MLS, and a CRM — or a fast learner.
- Reliable, discreet, and unflappable when deals get tense.
