Follow PR-22 for about 10 to 15 minutes, then take the exit for PR-177 toward Bayamón/Guaynabo. Continue on PR-177 (Avenida Lomas Verdes), and after passing various intersections and commercial areas, turn onto PR-199. Look for the entrance to Torrimar, a residential area in Guaynabo. Once inside Torrimar, follow local signs or GPS directions to 1213 Santander Street.
