Start at the intersection of US-41 (Tamiami Trail) and Olympia Ave in downtown Punta Gorda. From the intersection, head north on US-41 (away from the Charlotte Harbor bridges). Continue on US-41 for several minutes, passing through commercial areas and then more residential stretches. Watch for a main road that heads east toward neighborhoods where Highlands Rd is located (one of the local subdivision access roads off US-41). Turn right (east) off US-41 onto that neighborhood access road. Follow this road as it winds through the subdivision, going straight through minor intersections as needed. When you reach Highlands Rd, turn left. Drive along Highlands Rd, watching the address numbers until you reach 2121 Highlands Rd, which will be on one side of the street depending on the number progression.
