Once the guard lets you in, park in an open spot or as directed by guard and then go into the guardhouse to sign in. From the South: Once on Gulf Blvd, take over the Sand Key Bridge and make a left at the bottom of the bridge onto S. Gulfview Blvd. Stay in the left lane and after next light you will see 450 S Gulfview Blvd (440 West Condos) on your left. Stop at gate and buzz guard from intercom. Once the guard lets you in, park in an open spot or as directed by guard and then go into the guardhouse to sign in.
